About StackMango and the Tools I Build

StackMango lets you use the tools I build for my own businesses with your own API keys.

I'm Andreas, a Danish solo developer. I created StackMango and build every tool on the site myself. The software I need for my businesses becomes tools you can use for yours.

Why I built StackMango

Spending thousands each month on software got frustrating. Companies required me to use their own integrations with providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, then charged roughly five times the underlying cost for that access. I was tired of paying that markup for tools I needed to run my businesses.

I decided to build the tools I needed myself and make them available to other people through StackMango.

How your API costs and my server charges work

  • You connect your own API keys and pay your API provider's charges. I add no markup to your API usage. You pay services like OpenAI and Anthropic through your own account, separately from any StackMango server charges.

  • My tools are otherwise free. StackMango server charges apply only in some scenarios, such as crawling that requires an additional server. I charge for that server usage separately from anything you pay your API provider.

My 17 years of development experience

Over my 17 years of development experience, I've built software used by 3 million people, including users at Walmart and Microsoft. I've also worked on websites with more than 15 million users.

I've created and sold companies and provided consultancy for Mattel, the Rockwool Foundation, major venture capital firms, Nickelodeon, and others. I bring that experience to the tools I build for StackMango.

Why I want useful tools to be accessible to everyone

I want useful tools to be accessible to everyone, including solo developers and business owners. My goal is to make the software you need available without large software bills or having to build it yourself.

Knowing how to build software shouldn't mean having to write every tool your business needs. I want the tools I share to give you more time for the work you set out to do.
