Terms of service

StackMango is for business and professional use only. These terms govern the website, accounts, workspace, and tools.

Last updated: 8 October 2026.

Who provides the service

StackMango is based in Espergærde, Denmark. In these terms, “StackMango”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the provider of this service. Contact us, including about legal notices, complaints, security concerns, or account restrictions, through our contact form.

Agreement and eligibility

Review these terms before creating an account. By choosing a sign-in option to create an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account features. You must have the legal capacity and any permissions needed to enter this agreement. If you act for a business or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

StackMango accounts and tools are offered only for purposes connected with a trade, business, or profession, including use by companies, sole traders, freelancers, and authorised business representatives. They are not offered for personal, household, or consumer use. By creating an account or using account features, you confirm that you are acting for those business or professional purposes. If you do not meet this requirement, do not create an account or use account features. These terms do not change your legal status or waive protections that applicable law makes mandatory.

Plans, access, and payments

Your access to features and usage allowances depends on the plan or access arrangement you choose. Free access, trials, promotions, and paid services may have different conditions, which are shown when you sign up or purchase. Free access does not entitle you to unlimited use or continued free availability.

Creating an account does not by itself authorise a charge. Charges apply only to paid services you agree to purchase. We disclose the price, taxes, billing period, renewal arrangements, cancellation rules, and any additional conditions before purchase.

You must pay agreed charges when due. Cancellation and refund conditions disclosed before purchase apply, subject to rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Your account

Use an email address or Google account you control, give accurate registration information, and keep your sign-in links, connected accounts, devices, and credentials secure. Do not sell, transfer, or share account access without our permission. You are responsible for your authorised users and the activity you authorise through your account.

Use our contact form promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security issue. We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm account ownership or investigate misuse. We may restrict access while ownership or security is uncertain. You are responsible for having compatible equipment and internet access.

Permission to use StackMango

While you comply with these terms, we permit you to access the features made available to your account for your own business or professional activities, including authorised work for clients. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, and ends when your access ends under these terms. Usage limits and feature-specific instructions also apply.

You may not resell access, operate a shared-login service, or offer StackMango as your own hosted product without our written agreement. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of its software, design, branding, articles, or datasets. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.

Acceptable use

Use StackMango lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:

  • Commit fraud, impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or submit information or credentials you are not entitled to use.
  • Access another user’s account or data, bypass security, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised security testing.
  • Evade usage limits, payment requirements, or account restrictions, including through multiple accounts, shared credentials, or a replacement account after a ban.
  • Send spam, make unlawful or deceptive outreach, harass people, or use the service for unlawful discrimination or other prohibited conduct.
  • Upload or process material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights, or that you lack a lawful basis or permission to use.
  • Scrape, bulk-extract, reverse engineer, or systematically copy protected service content, or use unauthorised automation, except where we expressly permit it or applicable law gives you a right to do so. Ordinary indexing of public pages in accordance with our published crawler instructions is permitted.
  • Use the service in breach of applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or third-party service terms, or exploit an obvious error instead of reporting it.

You are responsible for the legality of your campaigns, client work, data sources, and outreach. The availability of information about a person or business does not itself give permission to contact them, reuse their content, or process their personal information.

Your information and content

You retain the rights you have in the information and content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display it as necessary to provide, secure, and support the service, including through the providers we use for those purposes. This permission does not authorise unrelated publication of your private content or override data-protection law.

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful permissions needed to submit that information and allow this processing. Keep your own copies of important material. StackMango is not an archival or backup service. We may block or remove content reasonably believed to breach these terms or applicable law.

Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing, retention, providers, and your choices. Agreement to these terms is not consent to optional analytics. Nothing here removes your data-protection rights or authorises processing contrary to that policy.

Tool outputs and decisions

Website articles, estimates, suggestions, and tool outputs are provided for general information. Check their accuracy, source, currency, and suitability before relying on them or sharing them with clients. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice and do not promise a particular search ranking, AI mention, lead, partnership, traffic level, revenue, or return on investment.

Outputs, including any AI-generated material, may contain errors, omit information, differ between runs, or resemble material supplied to others. We do not guarantee their uniqueness or that a proposed use will be lawful or free of third-party rights. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making your own decisions. These limitations do not remove any accuracy or conformity obligations that mandatory law imposes on us.

Third-party services and provider keys

External websites, identity providers, data sources, and any integrations may have their own terms, limits, costs, and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or changes, and a link or descriptive use of a provider’s name does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Do not assume an integration will remain available or compatible.

You must have authority to connect an account or provide a key and comply with the provider’s conditions. Providing a key authorises its use only for the features you request, not unrelated purposes. Any provider charges or data transfers must be explained in the relevant feature before use. Nothing in this section excludes our responsibilities for the service we provide or for providers where applicable law makes us responsible.

Lead and partner research

The finder uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Brave Search requires a provider plan that permits the storage used by your saved lead list. You must hold the necessary rights for any source account you connect.

A published address does not establish consent, deliverability or permission to send marketing. Review the source and comply with applicable privacy, electronic-marketing and anti-spam rules for your use. Respect objections and opt-outs. The finder does not send messages or determine a person’s consent. Turning on background searching authorises repeated searches and permitted website checks within your selected limits; turn it off in finder Settings to stop subsequent background work.

AI credits and third-party charges

Free access to StackMango does not include free AI credits or other third-party services. Your provider agreement governs the provider’s prices, billing, credit expiry, and refunds. You are responsible for reviewing those conditions and paying charges for provider usage you authorise through StackMango.

Starting a run or enabling a schedule authorises the provider requests needed for that action within the scope and settings presented to you. Recurring schedules, multiple prompts or models, large inputs and outputs, and retries can increase usage. A provider may charge for a request even if a run fails, is interrupted, or produces a result you do not find useful. Check the provider’s rules and the feature’s settings before proceeding.

You are responsible for selecting models, inputs, run frequency, and other usage settings; monitoring your provider balance and invoices; and configuring suitable provider budgets, alerts, and hard spending limits where available. A StackMango run allowance is not a monetary spending cap on your provider account. Cost estimates and usage displays are informational unless we expressly agree to a binding spending limit. Provider billing data and alerts may be delayed.

Disable schedules and revoke or restrict provider keys when you want to stop their use. Stopping a run or disabling a schedule may not cancel requests already queued or submitted, or reverse charges already incurred. Keep keys secure and use the minimum permissions needed.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not reimburse authorised provider charges merely because they exceed your expectations or budget, or because the output is incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. This does not excuse a breach of an expressly agreed spending limit, requests outside your authorisation, or other conduct for which we are legally responsible. Any liability we have for provider charges is subject to the limits and exceptions below.

Service changes and availability

We control the operation and design of StackMango. We may change features, limits, supported integrations, or access arrangements for product development, maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, third-party changes, or the cost and capacity of operating the service. We may discontinue a feature or access arrangement for those reasons, subject to any separately agreed commitment and mandatory legal rights.

Except where we expressly agree otherwise, we do not offer a contractual uptime, response-time, or support-level guarantee. Maintenance, faults, and external events may interrupt access. We will honour notice obligations and remedies required by law or a separately agreed contract. Urgent security or legal measures may take effect sooner, subject to applicable notice requirements.

Account restrictions, suspension, and termination

We may refuse registration, limit features, pause runs, suspend access, remove offending content, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe:

  • These terms, applicable law, or someone else’s rights have been breached, or the account is being used without proper authority.
  • Activity is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or attempts to evade security, usage limits, or an earlier restriction.
  • Continued access creates a security, operational, legal, or material financial risk to StackMango, our users, or others.
  • A legal requirement, binding authority request, or third-party restriction prevents us from continuing to provide access.

We may act immediately on reasonable suspicions while investigating, without waiting for harm to occur. Prior notice or an opportunity to correct the issue may be omitted where necessary to protect the service, other people, an investigation, or compliance with law. Measures may be temporary or permanent, according to the circumstances.

We also reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to decline or end a free account at our discretion for lawful commercial reasons, including deciding not to continue a business relationship, changing the audience or scope of the service, or withdrawing free access. A breach is not required for this form of termination. We will honour any notice obligation imposed by law or a separately agreed contract.

We may explain restrictions through your account or your registered email, except where disclosure is unlawful or would compromise security or an investigation. Use our contact form to ask us to review a decision. Do not create or use another account to bypass a suspension or ban without our written permission.

Closing an account and the effect of termination

You may stop using StackMango or close your account in Settings. Closure disables account access, removes stored provider keys, and stops scheduled runs. If account access is unavailable, use our contact form to request assistance.

When access ends, your permission to use the affected account features ends. Stored records may become inaccessible. We handle remaining records, deletion requests, and any legally required access or export in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law; closure is not a promise that every record is immediately erased. Keep copies of material you need before closing your account.

Warranties and events outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, StackMango is supplied “as is” and “as available”. Except for commitments we expressly agree and obligations that law does not allow us to exclude, we give no warranty of uninterrupted operation, suitability for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, or freedom from defects, and disclaim implied warranties to that extent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control that we could not reasonably prevent or overcome, such as natural disasters, war, public-network failures, or binding government measures. This does not remove mandatory remedies or excuse failures for which law makes us responsible.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackMango and the people acting on its behalf are not liable to business users for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, lost savings, or loss or corruption of data arising from the service or these terms, even if the possibility of the loss was known.

Subject to the exceptions below, our combined total liability to a business user for all claims arising from the service or these terms is limited to the greater of DKK 500 and the fees that user actually paid StackMango for the affected service in the three months before the first event giving rise to the claims. Related events count as one event. This limit applies across contractual and other legal grounds, to the extent permitted by law. Fees paid directly to third-party providers do not count as fees paid to StackMango when calculating this cap.

Responsibilities that remain

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory statutory rights, including data-protection rights, take priority. Each party must take reasonable steps to reduce losses it can reasonably avoid.

Business-user indemnity

You must reimburse StackMango and the people acting on its behalf for damages, settlements, and reasonable legal costs arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, your breach of these terms, or content you provide that infringes another person’s rights. This obligation applies only to the extent you are responsible for the claim and does not cover losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct.

We will notify you of a claim without undue delay and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence. Neither party may settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes an obligation on the other without that party’s consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, providers, law, security needs, or reasonable operating requirements. We will publish the revised version and its date. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights or claims that have already accrued.

For material changes affecting existing accounts, we will provide reasonable advance notice through an appropriate account notice or your registered email, with any longer notice required by law. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect sooner where permitted. A material revision applies to an existing account only after any legally required notice and renewed agreement. You may stop using the service and close your account if you do not accept a change, without losing any mandatory remedy.

Governing law and disputes

Danish law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Denmark unless we expressly agree otherwise. This choice does not override mandatory applicable law or any right to use a court or complaints body that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can use our contact form to raise a dispute or complaint. Doing so is not a condition for exercising a statutory right or seeking urgent relief, and these terms do not shorten mandatory time limits for bringing a claim.

General provisions

These terms and any additional conditions you expressly agree for a specific service form the agreement for that service. Individually agreed conditions take priority where they conflict with this page. This does not exclude representations, commitments, or rights that applicable law requires us to honour.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible; an unenforceable term will not be treated as binding merely because the rest of the agreement continues. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our agreement. We may transfer the service and this agreement as part of a merger, business transfer, or reorganisation, subject to data-protection law, required notice, and any consent or protection required by law. Provisions concerning ownership, accrued obligations, liability, business-user indemnity, and disputes continue after access ends to the extent their purpose requires and law permits.
