Read your AI visibility reports

Understand visibility metrics, sources, comparisons, exports, and failed checks.

What the metrics measure

Visibility is the share of completed answers that name your brand. Share of voice is your share of tracked brand mentions. Position describes the order tracked brands first appear; average position includes only answers that mention the brand. Named first measures answers that mention your brand before the other tracked brands.

Citation rate measures search-enabled answers that cite a tracked domain. Gemini uses model knowledge without web search, so it is excluded from that denominator. Failed and unanswered checks are excluded from visibility metrics and remain visible in answer rate and check status. Counts are displayed alongside percentages.

Compare answers and sources

Filter Dashboard, Answers, and Sources by date, engine, prompt, tag, or brand. Dashboard groups trends by model and shows the comparison period. Changes in models, prompts, brands, or sample sizes can make comparisons less direct.

Open an answer for highlighted mentions, the original text, citations, and differences from the previous comparable answer. Sources groups cited domains and pages. Track as competitor adds a domain for you to review; a cited domain is not proof of a company’s identity.

These are sampled API responses. They can differ from the consumer apps and do not establish a universal search ranking. Optional sentiment is a model judgement, separate from deterministic mention matching.

Resolve a failed check

Check the provider connection in Settings. Invalid keys, missing credit, unavailable models, and rate limits can pause an engine. Correct the provider account, save or test its key, and explicitly retry a failed check when ready.

If a submitted request times out, it may still have been charged. The tracker retains an estimate and does not automatically send it again. OpenAI background results are polled using the original request ID.

Export or reset the tracker

Export answer, score, or source CSV files from the corresponding report. Exports respect your filters and include only your workspace.

Settings controls answer-text retention and tracker reset. Reset removes tracker data and schedules but keeps shared API keys and the spending ledger. Remove provider keys separately. Help includes a redacted support report without keys, prompts, or answers.
