Save a provider key
- Open Settings in your workspace and find Provider connections.
- Select the provider that issued your key.
- Enter the API key and choose Save key. Wait for the confirmation message.
The Lead & Partner Finder connects its YouTube and Brave Search keys in its own Search sources settings instead. Its setup guide explains how.
Only connect keys you are authorised to use. Stored keys are encrypted on the server. Use the minimum permissions needed and never include a key in a contact-form message.
Remove or replace a key
Find the provider and the displayed ending of your saved key, then choose Remove key. To replace it, save the replacement key for that provider.
Removing a key from StackMango does not revoke it with its provider. If you think a key has been exposed, revoke or rotate it in the provider’s own account settings.
Keep track of provider costs
Provider usage can have a separate cost from your StackMango account. Check your provider’s balance, billing settings, alerts, and spending limits. A StackMango run allowance is not a monetary cap on your provider account.
