Before closing your account
Keep copies of anything you need and cancel any active subscription first.
What closing does
Account closure disables access, stops scheduled runs, and removes saved provider keys. It does not erase every stored record.
Confirm account closure
- Open Settings in your workspace.
- Find Close your account and open Close account….
- Type CLOSE in the confirmation field.
- Choose Close account to confirm.
Data requests and access problems
If you want to request deletion of your personal data, contact us separately. If you cannot access your account to close it, use the same contact form for assistance.
